Stay at home exercising is a challenge for most individuals. I ask myself often, am I the kind of person who needs to be around others to remain motivated or stay in the comfort of my own home all to myself? Well, when the Simply Fit Board arrives on television for sale, I just have to buy it.
My diagnosis for Graves’ Disease happens in March of 2015, and around November the board is popular among many households. The Simply Fit Board is a plastic board, and you stand on it twisting back and forth. Stay at home exercising is now fun because I can turn on my favorite show and work out!
The main purpose of the board is to learn balance and work on toning abs, legs, and core. With Graves’, limitations exist for exercising! Again, as with all my posts, you should always consult with your doctor first before taking matters into your own hands. Cardio is an area I must be careful of because I suffer from heart palpitations.
Stay at home exercising is a daily routine for me now. I can work at my own pace. The weakness of muscle is another major problem for me. The board helps with building core strength. While you can order the Simply Fit Board on Amazon, other stores including Walmart and Dollar General sell the board. A cheap way to tone and build balance!
Below is a video for beginners. Stay at home exercising is now easy and maybe you can get your family and friends to join in. Also, other YouTube videos are available as you advance with your balance skills. If I am having a rough day, I might exercise for about five minutes. If my day is good, I shoot for about fifteen minutes. Just enough to keep me feeling simply fit!
