Clearing the fog is difficult in the morning! I don’t know about you but I definitely need help. The first thing I do is take my thyroid medication. After that, I am in such a fog until I am able to eat some breakfast. My endocrinologist wants me to wait at least half an hour but would prefer an hour. Clearing the fog is total agony because every bone in my body is stiff and I feel like crap!
I remember the days of waking up and being ready to go with my list of things to do! I enjoy a morning cleaning routine which helps to satisfy my need for organization. Get myself ready, and out the door, I go! An extra push is necessary now!
Yes, I love yoga but I am looking for something short, simple, and sweet to get my body moving in the morning! Half an hour before breakfast is the perfect time to do some simple stretching and how about only needing five minutes! Yes, only five minutes of your time.
